Even though I didn't take it for weight loss, I've dropped about 10 pounds. I'm eating much better and craves for sugar are almost gone. Loved this product I felt better after taken it. I can tell when my iron is low I get cold wanting to eat ice or drink ice cold water with ice in it. I felt the difference especially during that time of the month and I always get a real bad headache after. Iike my symptoms where mild.
